I am Jane Scott, hypnotherapist, and in my practice I help people free themselves from problems that they often have for a long time<\/p>

Hypnotherapy is an effective method to for treating many disorders, physical, mental and emotional:<\/p>

It can be used to treat Stress, Anxiety, Burnout and stress-related disorders – depression, nervositeit, insomnia, fears, panic disorders, constant worrying and negative thinking patterns, low self-esteem.<\/p>

Also, Addictions i.e. stopping smoking, eating disorders, IBS, chronic pain, learning disabilities\/disorders, communication and relationship issues belong to this list.<\/p>

Addictions can also be emotional….are you stuck with the same ‘themes’ in your life that you want to let go of ?<\/p>

Hypnotherapy can help target unwanted or unhealthy habits and thinking patterns and replace them with healthier behaviours.\u00a0\u00a0 Overal health is improved.<\/p>

The Beauty of hypnotherapy is that you do not need long-term treatment as with regular therapy or coaching.\u00a0\u00a0 You are often ready in one or two sessions.<\/p>

Too good to be true ?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I have been involved with alternative healing methods for 30 years and working as a therapist for the last 25 years.\u00a0 My experience is that direct hypnosis is an efficient and effective method to get rid of complaints\/issues, regardless of whether they are chronic or acute in nature.<\/p>

You don’t have to have serious problems either…..maybe you just want to be the best person that you can be for yourself on every level, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.<\/p>
